I have to say that may not be farmers. When i was in a ba corp running a pos Chain solo my pos looked alot like that... was cheaper to do a fuel run down, leave the ship and suicide back to highsec then wasting the time coming back with the ship. ...

yep right now spamming you pos with small guns will make it take at least twice as long to clear the guns as it does to take down the pos even offline they are nuts to kill.
